CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by the President, Dr. Simons.

CLOSED SESSION:

The Board met in Closed Session to consider Negotiations: Conference with Labor Negotiator concerning DEA, CSEA and HBPSA contracts - Government Code section 54957.6. Present were Agency Negotiators Jack Elsner and Dr. Patricia Koch.
