CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 a.m. by the President, Ms Castrey.

ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE PROPOSED DECISION: (I-A)

The Board accepted and adopted the Administrative Law Judge’s proposed decision authorizing the notice of layoff of one FTE library media specialist. With regard to the layoff of two FTE nurses, on April 22, 2002 the Superintendent recommended to the Board of Trustees that the two FTE nurses be withdrawn from the resolution on Certificated Personnel Reduction.
