The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. by the President, Dr. Simons.

CLOSED SESSION:

The Board met in Closed Session at 7:30 p.m. to consider Negotiations: Conference with Labor Negotiator concerning DEA, CSEA and HBPSA contracts - Government Code section 54957.6. Present were Agency Negotiators Susan Roper, Patricia Koch and Jack Elsner.
