You should have received your Registration Envelope from your school of residence that includes your Registration Checklist Instructions, Parent Notifications and Planning Guide, and most important, a blank Emergency Card.  If you are new to MHS, click here! 

The Emergency card in your packet MUST be returned to your home school along with the applicable forms listed below.
