This is a quick little housekeeping task we need teachers to perform one* time on the new system. This will prevent a problem some have reported when trying to look up student information.  The problem occurs when you click on a student name in the My Students or Class List screens. 


The next time you log into SB2000 Classroom please take 30 seconds to perform the task below.     LOG IN

After logging into SB2000 Classroom, point to the Manage menu item
 then click on Options in the submenu to open your options screen.

Change a value in at least one of your options (shown below) to something different
and then click the Save Options button. 
This will fix the student info display error.

<<  The Default Class List View option is being retired in lieu of the Class List menu item, which is an easier way to navigate to the different Class List Views.
 

If you liked the options the way you had them,
  change them back to the original state and
  click on the Save Options button again. 
Click on the upper left Home menu item to return to your home page.

That's it!

* Teachers who log into more than one school must perform the task once at each school since option settings are tied to the combination of their Staff Id AND the school Id.
